Corporate Objectives

To manufacture, process, produce, purchase, sell, distribute, import and export coconut, coconut-based and coconut husk products, including desiccated coconut, coco peat, coir pith, coir fibre, coir ropes, coconut shell products and other coconut products.

To manufacture, process, package, purchase, sell, distribute, import and export Ceylon cinnamon and cinnamon-based products, including cinnamon quills, cut quills, quakings, feathers, powder, extracts and essential oils.

To manufacture, process, package, purchase, sell, distribute, import and export spices and spice-based products, including pepper, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, mace, turmeric, ginger, chilli, coriander, cumin, fennel and other spices.

To produce, process, extract, manufacture, package, import and export essential oils, oleoresins, herbal products, extracts and other value-added products derived from coconut, cinnamon, spices and other agricultural products.

To manufacture, process, blend, grind, package, brand, market, import, export and trade food, agricultural, organic, natural and horticultural products and value-added products.
- 6.
To source, purchase, collect, process, import, export and supply agricultural, coconut, spice and natural raw materials from local and overseas farmers, growers, estates, producers and suppliers.
- 7.
To engage in the import, export, wholesale, retail, distribution, trading, marketing and supply of coconut products, coconut-based products, coconut husk products, spices, cinnamon, food, agricultural and other natural products in local and international markets.

To establish, operate and maintain manufacturing, processing, storage, packaging and distribution facilities and to undertake all activities incidental or conducive to the above objectives, including quality assurance, product development, certification and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
